These were the seven things I did for my triathlon training plan that allowed my to race a 4:36 half-Ironman distance race with roughly 8:30hrs average training each week. The things I focused on for the creation of my triathlon training program were: the long ride, hill running, Vo2 Max or HIIT Intervals, and a properly designed swim training program.
